AI Policies UK · Private Advisory

Protect what matters. Understand what's changing.

Independent AI guidance for principals, families and family offices.

Artificial intelligence is entering private life through the people, devices and services we trust. Understanding where it is present, what information it may access and how it influences decisions is becoming an important part of protecting your family's future.

A different kind of private consideration
You have advisers for your wealth, property and legal affairs. Who is helping you understand the AI already influencing your private life?

AI is not confined to businesses. It is increasingly present in the home, in education, in financial research, in healthcare applications and in the services used by trusted advisers.

The challenge is not simply whether technology is being used. It is whether the people responsible understand the implications and remain able to make informed decisions.

The unseen picture

Your private world is more connected than it appears.

Children using AI assistants. Household staff managing connected devices. Personal assistants organising confidential information.

Solicitors, accountants and other advisers using AI-enabled services. Personal data moving between platforms that may not have been individually considered.

Each activity may seem ordinary. Together, they can create dependencies, privacy concerns and questions about accountability.

Our work begins by helping you understand that wider picture.

Our approach

Clarity first. Then considered action.

02 / CONSIDER

03 / RESPOND

The person behind the advice

Technology. Law. People.

Private AI Advisory is led by Louize Clark, founder of AI Policies UK.

Her professional experience spans emerging digital technology, connected environments, augmented and virtual reality, artificial intelligence and organisational change.

With a law degree, postgraduate qualifications in international human resource management and training in emotional intelligence and human behaviour, she brings together technical understanding and human-centred decision-making.

Her work includes international speaking engagements, discussions with diplomatic and business audiences, and presentations on AI, smart cities, digital transformation and skills.

The underlying principle is simple: technology should support informed human choice, not quietly replace it.

Private client services

For those responsible for more than themselves.

Our advisory work is designed for principals, couples, multigenerational families, family offices and trusted advisers seeking greater clarity around the use of artificial intelligence in private life.

Engagements may begin with a private briefing and develop into a structured review of family activities, information sharing and decision-making arrangements.

Each engagement is scoped individually. Where specialist legal, financial or cybersecurity advice is required, appropriately qualified professionals should be involved.
