AI Policies UK  |  Keeping Ahead Ltd  |  Company No. 13509398  |  Version 1.0  |  Effective: 22 June 2026

These terms apply to all purchases made through aipolicies.uk. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

When you purchase a product from aipolicies.uk, you are entering into a contract with Keeping Ahead Ltd, trading as AI Policies UK.

2. Our products

All products sold on aipolicies.uk are digital products — downloadable documents, frameworks, templates, and guidance resources — delivered via our member portal (MemberSpace). No physical goods are supplied.

Products are provided for informational and operational guidance purposes. They do not constitute legal advice. You should seek qualified legal advice where your specific circumstances require it.

3. Placing an order

When you complete a purchase on aipolicies.uk, you are making an offer to buy the product at the stated price. Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email and access is activated in your member account. A contract is formed at that point.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before access is activated, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. The price shown at the point of purchase is the price you pay.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Delivery and access

Digital products are delivered via your MemberSpace account. You will receive an email with access instructions following successful payment. Access is typically activated within a few minutes of purchase.

If you do not receive access within 24 hours of purchase, contact info@aipolicies.uk with your order reference and we will resolve this promptly.

6. Cancellation rights and refunds

Right to cancel — digital products. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, this right is lost once a digital product has been accessed, provided you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that your cancellation right is lost as a result. By completing your purchase and accessing your member account, you confirm that consent and acknowledgement.

If you have not yet accessed your purchased product, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase by contacting info@aipolicies.uk with your order reference. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.

Outside the statutory cancellation window, refunds are not available for digital products that have been accessed, except where the product is materially defective or does not match its description on the website. If you believe a product is defective, contact info@aipolicies.uk and we will assess your request promptly and fairly.

7. Intellectual property

All products sold on aipolicies.uk are the intellectual property of Keeping Ahead Ltd. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own business purposes.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, share access to, or otherwise make our products available to third parties without our prior written consent. This includes sharing member portal login credentials.

Template documents included in our products may be adapted for your own business use. The underlying frameworks, methodologies, and structural content remain the intellectual property of Keeping Ahead Ltd.

8. Member portal access

Your MemberSpace account gives you ongoing access to the products you have purchased. We do not impose arbitrary time limits on access to products you have paid for. Access will remain available unless:

  • You request closure of your account

  • The product or platform is discontinued, in which case we will give reasonable notice

  • Your account is suspended or closed for a breach of these terms

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account details.

9. Product updates

We update our products periodically to reflect regulatory changes, new guidance, or corrections. Where a product you have purchased is updated, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. The nature and timing of updates is at our discretion.

10. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided for informational and operational guidance purposes and do not constitute legal advice. We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or regulatory penalty arising from your use of, or reliance on, our products without obtaining appropriate professional advice for your specific circumstances.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a purchase or with how we have handled your data, contact info@aipolicies.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and resolve them within 30 calendar days.

If your complaint relates to a consumer matter, you may also contact Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk. For data-related complaints, you may contact the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from a purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Updated terms apply to new purchases from the date of publication.
