Corrections

If anything in the pack is wrong or a reference is broken, we fix it and you receive the corrected version.

Legal updates

If the law or official guidance changes in a way that affects the documents you bought, we update them and you receive the updated versions, whatever the size of the change.

Provider Reference updates

We re-check the Provider Reference entries every quarter, and issue a dated update sooner when we become aware of a material change. We do not monitor providers continuously, and providers can change their terms without notice, so always check a provider's current terms before relying on an entry.

Staying current after 12 months £49 a year, optional

To keep receiving corrections, legal updates and Provider Reference updates after your first 12 months, you can renew for £49 a year. Renewal is optional. We will email you a reminder before your 12 months ends. We will not charge you automatically.

If you renew before your current period ends, the new 12 months start when it ends. If you renew after it has ended, the new 12 months start on the date you pay.

If you do not renew, you keep the documents you have downloaded and may continue to use them under your licence. They will not be updated, so check the law stated as date on each document.

The pack is delivered as downloads in your MemberSpace account. Updates appear as new downloads in your account, and we email you when one is available.
Yes. You may use, copy and adapt the documents for the operations of one business (one legal entity). You may publish and share completed documents as part of running that business, including your privacy notice, policies and completed client terms.
You may not resell or redistribute the pack, publish or share blank templates, or use the pack to put policies and documents in place for other businesses. Copyright remains with AIPolicies.uk.
No. Guides or templates first published after your purchase, or that add new scope, are separate products and are not included, unless they replace a document you already have.
No. Personal support applying the pack to your specific business is a separate service, scoped and priced for the work involved.

The £29 AI Safe Starter Pack covers basic everyday AI rules, initial tool checks, privacy wording, complaints, incidents and record keeping. It has no update subscription.
