1- What data am I using — and does it identify a living person?
2- Do I have a documented lawful basis for processing this data in this way?

4- Do I need explicit consent — and if so, do I have it in writing?
5- Where is this data going — which AI system, in which country?
6- Can I explain and justify this decision clearly if it is questioned later?
If you cannot answer all six — stop. Do not proceed until you can.
